Terms & Conditions

1. Hire time starts when the hirer first goes into the car and terminates when he/she leaves the car.
2. The Company expressly prohibits any person other than their own drivers from driving the cars.
3. The Company accepts responsibility for damage to their cars by fire or collision and the company's legal liability for third party claims arising from the use of their cars.
4. The Company accepts no responsibility for any delays howsoever caused.
5. The driver will drive at reasonable speeds according to his judgment of road conditions and traffic at any particular time.
6. A reasonable amount of ordinary passenger luggage is allowed, but luggage, which in the opinion of the driver amounts to excessive weight, will not be carried. The Company accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the car howsoever such loss or damage is caused.

8. All inquiry is not automatically confirm and will be replied within 24 hours.
9. Once you complete the booking form, you will receive an email from us summarizing the details of your request, such as arrival and departure dates, your special requests (if any), the invoice total, and any deposit to be paid. In order for your booking to be confirmed we must receive your 30 % deposit by cash, bank transfer or by credit card (Visa/Master)
10. Cancellation should be informed us at least 48 hours before pick-up date. Uninformed cancellation will be treated as a "No Show" and one day rental rate will be charged from your credit card.
11. The total cost of the rental is payable at the time of delivery of the car by cash or by a major credit card (Visa or Master to BCA /Bank Mandiri).
